Make room for a different way to lead.
Weeks 1–2: examine your responsibilities, the business context and what matters outside work. Choose a specific change and agree how to assess it.
Weeks 3–10: prepare and test new approaches to delegation, decisions and conversations. Each session works with what actually happened, including what did not work.
Weeks 11–13: decide which practices to keep, what to watch for and how to protect the boundaries you need at work and at home.

Worked example · Every decision lands on your desk
An illustrative scenario to show how the programme works; not a client case.
A director signs off routine team decisions and leaves their own priorities until the evening.
Identify decisions the team can own, set boundaries and prepare the conversation. Track the requests that still come back to the director.
Check whether people understand their authority, use it within the agreed limits and know when escalation is genuinely needed.

- This is coaching, rather than counselling, psychotherapy or clinical treatment.
- Extra sessions and ongoing support are agreed separately.
VAT excluded where applicable. Travel, licences and third-party costs excluded unless explicitly agreed. The proposal defines the final scope.

Answers before you start.
What will my employer hear if they fund the programme?
Before we start, we agree the goals, confidentiality boundaries and any updates for HR or the programme sponsor. Private session content is not automatically included in an employer report.
What is the commitment between sessions?
Most of the practice happens in decisions and conversations already on your agenda. We agree manageable actions and a few observations to record, rather than adding a fixed workload to your week.
Do I need to be a CEO?
No. The programme also suits senior managers leading people, functions or significant change. The initial consultation helps establish what you need and whether this format is the right fit.
Does €4,800 cover the whole programme?
Yes: it is the starting price for six sessions across 90 days. Before you commit, the proposal sets out what is included, payment terms and any applicable taxes.
