Your operations team moves information between email, CRM and documents, and you want to test a focused alternative.
A workflow specification covering inputs, expected outputs, review points and human responsibilities.
01
Choose one workflow where your team repeatedly copies, summarises or routes information. Over six weeks, build and test a scoped pilot with the people who use it. Assess the outputs, errors and human checks before deciding whether to expand, revise or stop.
6-week pilot · one business workflow · up to 3 systems · subject to an initial feasibility assessment

Your operations team moves information between email, CRM and documents, and you want to test a focused alternative.
A workflow specification covering inputs, expected outputs, review points and human responsibilities.
You have experimented with AI tools but lack agreed standards for output quality, error handling and accountability.
A pilot assessed against agreed examples, with its errors and limitations recorded alongside the findings.
You need a bounded investment proposal: a practical test, documented findings and a defensible next decision.
A recommendation on whether and how to proceed, including the technical and organisational requirements.
03
Map the workflow and assess systems, data and access. Agree the role of AI, the human review points and the criteria for judging outputs before confirming the pilot.
Configure the agreed pilot and examine its outputs, errors and exceptions. Approval and process accountability remain with the designated people.
Assess the examples against the original criteria and document remaining limits and dependencies. Decide whether to expand, revise or stop. A wider rollout is scoped separately.
04
An illustrative scenario to show how the programme works; not a client case.
The team reads requests in different formats and manually transfers relevant information into the CRM, checking each entry along the way.
The pilot drafts a structured summary from authorised sources. A person verifies accuracy and completeness before approving its use in the workflow.
The evaluation should show which outputs are usable, which errors recur and what safeguards a wider implementation would need.
05
VAT excluded where applicable. Travel, licences and third-party costs excluded unless explicitly agreed. The proposal defines the final scope.
06
From €12,000 for a six-week pilot within the agreed workflow. The final proposal follows technical assessment and confirms taxes, terms and excluded costs.
A sponsor with authority over priorities, the process owner and an IT contact. They help define the test, agree access and accountability, and evaluate the work as it progresses.
You help map the process, provide permitted examples, explain exceptions and review the outputs. Review meetings are scheduled upfront. Missing access or integrations may affect feasibility and timing.
The pilot evaluates one bounded workflow. Wider adoption needs its own scope for support, operational responsibility, controls and costs. We define those in a subsequent project.
Authorised examples, agreed system access and cases that include exceptions, as well as typical work. The process owner, IT contact and sponsor take part in the reviews. Do not submit confidential information through the initial form.
€300 plus VAT where applicable for 75 minutes. We work through your situation and you receive a written summary of next steps. If you purchase any package, the full €300 is deducted from its price. This is a credit towards a purchase, not a cash refund.

From building business systems to launching products: explore the projects I have worked on.
As Braga grew from 2 to 150 employees and expanded to three locations in northern Italy, I helped build the organisation behind that growth. My work ranged from establishing marketing to leading IT and business development, including two years as interim COO coordinating operational teams. I also supported the launch of the solar installation business.
Working with the company’s internal IT team, I configured Zoho and later led the move to Salesforce and its development. In 2026, I developed a proprietary CRM with integrated AI alongside the CEO and COO. It brings leads, marketing and operations together, including automation for calls, WhatsApp and support. Once the operational structure was established, I handed the COO role over to other leaders.
Improvements to data and workflows contributed to a roughly 40% reduction in marketing costs. Correctly handled contacts increased from around 40% to almost 98%. The new CRM connects marketing with operations; full migration from Salesforce is planned by December 2026.

Start with one repetitive workflow and the systems it touches. The 75-minute consultation examines the use case and a sensible first test. It costs €300 plus VAT where applicable, credited towards any package. You receive a written summary even if a pilot is not the right next step.
